Can anyone tell me what the requirements are (if any) to repo cars in TX??
My brother is looking for a job in San Antonio, he has a military background and is interested in repo-ing cars… or possibly bounty hunting, can’t seem to find any guidelines on how to get started, if he needs a certification or anything. Thanks!!
He would need a driver’s license. He would also need the legal right to repossess the specific vehicles. That means, at least indirectly, he would be working for a financial institution that makes auto loans. THEY are the best source for a REAL answer.
